Public Website terms

Last updated: September 21, 2026. These terms govern use of Pavvy’s public Website. Paid delivery transactions use the applicable operational agreements and authorizations presented through the relevant Pavvy flow.

Marketplace role

Pavvy is a marketplace facilitator that connects Senders with independent Drivers who may already be travelling a compatible route. Pavvy is not presented as an owned delivery fleet, warehouse or storage provider, cargo-value insurer, or employer of Drivers. Drivers use their own vehicles and decide whether an opportunity fits their trip.

Website functions

Only functions that are actually shown as active should be treated as available. A disabled or unavailable entry does not create a delivery request, reserve a Driver, guarantee matching or timing, or authorize a payment.

Estimate

Pavvy’s Estimate experience is intended to show the Sender quote using pickup-to-drop-off road-route distance together with approved factors where applicable. Numeric pricing or routing information should only be treated as live when the verified routing and approved pricing runtime are connected.

Using the Estimate by itself does not create a delivery contract, reserve a Driver, guarantee matching or timing, or authorize a payment.

Operational agreements

Paid marketplace transactions use separately controlled and versioned agreements. Pavvy’s contract architecture includes Pavvy↔Sender Platform Terms, Pavvy↔Driver Driver Platform Terms, and a delivery-specific Sender↔accepting Driver Contract for Services, with separate Recipient, payment or safe-drop authorizations where applicable.

Those agreements and authorizations apply only when they are presented through the relevant transaction flow and accepted or authorized as required.

Information on this Website

Pavvy may update Website descriptions as controlled product, legal, insurance, payment, routing and operational decisions change. Matching and timing are not guaranteed.

Safety and goods

Pavvy uses Eligible / Manual Review / Prohibited goods controls. Items over 25 kg and oversized or irregular items require Manual Review. An independent Driver may decline an unsafe or unsuitable opportunity.

Pavvy does not guarantee matching, delivery timing, or reimbursement for the value of goods. Immediate physical emergencies should use 911 first.

Third-party services

This Website may link to third-party services, including Facebook. Those services operate under their own terms and policies.

Website availability and misuse

Pavvy may change, suspend or remove Website content or functions. Do not attempt to interfere with the Website, bypass security controls, misuse Website functions, or use the Website for unlawful activity.

Privacy

Pavvy’s handling of information on this Website is described in the Privacy Notice. Privacy questions should be sent to privacy@pavvy.ca; that address is not a general customer-support or active-delivery support channel.

Changes to these terms

Pavvy may update these Website Terms as the Website changes. Operational marketplace agreements remain separately version-controlled and presented through the applicable acceptance flow.
